Description

A clean and minty fresh plant distillation that can be used to support natural respiration and clear congestion. This oil is particularly gentle which makes it suitable for babies, children and the elderly when used in half doses.

100% pure Eucalyptus globulus, leaves, distilled, Australia

Precautions

May be irritating to sensitive skin. The half dose is recommended for children and the elderly. Safe during pregnancy. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes – flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage

Muscle tone
Mix 5 drops with massage cream or Olive oil and rub vigorously onto the affected area. Use as required.

Sinuses
Add 5 drops to a steam inhalation and breathe deeply for 10 minutes.

Chest and respiration
Add 10 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply 3 times a day around the throat and onto the chest and back. Especially beneficial at night time.
