East Cape mānuka oil is an essential oil that comes from steam distilling the leaves and twigs of the mānuka plant, grown in the remote East Cape of New Zealand.

Directions
Blemishes: Dilute with a carrier oil. Add one part East Cape mānuka essential oil to nine parts carrier oil and apply to blemishes. For best results, apply morning and night.
Dandruff & Dry itchy scalps: Add a couple of drops of East Cape mānuka essential oil to your shampoo and conditioner. For best results, use daily.
Sore suscles: Add a couple of drops to your bath water to naturally relax sore and tired muscles.
Congested sinuses: Add a couple of drops into a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapour to relieve congested sinuses and help reduce coughs and colds.
Cuts and scrapes: Dilute with a carrier oil. Add one part East Cape mānuka essential oil to nine parts carrier oil and apply to compromised skin.
