Ingredients

• Ashwagandha Powder (root) 500 mg
• Ashwagandha Extract (root, stem leaves) (std.to 5% withanolides) 70 mg
Other Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, aqueous clear coat.
Directions
Take 1 tablet twice daily with meals.
