What’s Taurine and how does it help?
Taurine is an amino acid that we produce in small amounts ourselves, but to get enough each day we need to consume it to meet our body’s requirements.
Key reason we’ve added Taurine to EstroClear is due to its ability to support healthy oestrogen metabolism & detoxification through the liver.
Taurine also helps to improve healthy insulin sensitivity, calm the brain and soothe anxiety, and reduce inflammation – making Taurine an all-rounder for hormone balance.

150mg N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine is being replaced with 150mg Taurine
MSM (Methylsulfonymethane) 500mg
Rosemary leaf powder organic 250mg
Turmeric root 4:1 extract 250mg
Taurine 150mg
Broccoli sprout organic 100mg
Diindolymethane 3-3′ 100mg
Also contains: Hypromellose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Precautions
Suitable for the ages 18+.
Not recommended for the following:
Menopausal women
Pregnancy
Breastfeeding
Experiencing amenorrhea (absent periods)
Females with less than 18% body fat
Using contraception.
While taking warfarin or other anticoagulants.
Directions
Take 2x capsules daily alongside any meal.
We recommend taking EstroClear for 3-6 months at a time.
If this is your first time taking EstroClear we recommend starting with 1x capsules per day & increasing slowly.
Take 2 hours before or 2 hours after any prescription medication.
PAIR WITH
