Precautions
Safe if used as directed. NOT suitable for use with infants or during pregnancy. Not for internal use: if ingested do not induce vomiting, drink milk, consult a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes: flush with water.
Dosage
Directions:
Diffusion: 10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required.
Chest Rub: 10 drops to Pure Unscented Range: Body Oil, Body Lotion or Body Cream.
Bath: 10 drops in 1 tsp milk mixed into bath water.
Steam Inhalation: 3-5 drops in hot water, breathe deeply (especially Sinus Clear. Not for asthmatics).
Inhalation: a few drops to collar, pillow or tissue.
