Contains 100% herbs, no added flavours, sugar or sweeteners
Use 1 level tsp (1gm approx) of herb per cup. Leave to infuse for a minimum of 5 min or to desired strength. Can be sweetened with honey. Recommended dosage 1-3 cups daily. Makes 20-30 cups.
