Start Birth Oil Blend 10ml
Includes: Jojoba Oil, Geranium, Clary Sage, Tarragon French, Jasmine Absolute, Sage.
Labour Support Pure Blend 5ml
Includes: Lavender Sweet, Lavender True, Wild Mint, Peppermint, Chamomile Oil, Nutmeg.
Precautions
These blends are professionally designed for use around birth and are very safe when applied as directed. Essential oils should not be applied neat to the baby’s skin. Not for internal use – if accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes – flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions
Labour, hormone support – Start Birth
Apply 5 drops to hot/warm water, soak a cloth and wring dry, apply to lower back as a compress 3-6 times a day once the due date has arrived.
Relaxing – Labour Support
Add 5 drops to hot compress and apply directly to the lower back.
Add 2-5 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Pre /Postnatal – Calm Birth
Add 2-5 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Add 1 drop to the collar as required.
Mix 5 drops to 1 tsp of Untouched Body Cream and massage gently into.
