Each tea bag (2 g), contains dry powder of: Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed 500 mg, Anise (Pimpinella anisum) seed 400 mg, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed 400 mg, Caraway (Carum carvi) seed 400 mg, Lemon verbena (Lippia citriodora) leaves 300 mg.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to anise, anethole, plants of the apiaceae (Carrot) family or any of the ingredients in this tea. If you have celery allergy, experience acute abdominal pain, have diabetes or are undergoing hormonal therapy, consult a health professional before use.
