Each 5ml dose contains:
– Passionflower passiflora incarnata extract equivalent to dry flowers 650.5mg
– Zizyphus zizyphus spinosa extract equivalent to dry seed 1294mg
– Valerian valeriana officinalis extract equivalent to dry root 777.8mg
– Hops humulus lupus extract equivalent to dry flowers 436mg
In a base of organic rice malt, natural sweeteners, natural flavours, citric acid and water.

Indicated for:

Waking during the night
Recommended adult dosage (over 12 years)
Shake well before use.
Sleep well: Take 5mls three hours before bed and another 5mls one hour before bed. If needed, take another 5mls through the night.
