Kiwiherb Sound Asleep is a herbal formula containing Withania, Passionflower and NZ-grown Skullcap, traditionally used in Western herbal practice to support falling asleep, staying asleep and support the nervous system for a healthy sleep.
Sound Asleep is an easy to use liquid formulation that is ideal during times of stress and taken 30 minutes before bed to support a better night’s sleep, naturally.

Each 10ml contains,
Withania somnifera (Withania) dry root extract 1.5ml
– equivalent to 1.5g dry root standaradised to not less than 5.25mg of withanolides (assay by HPLC)
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) dry herb extract 3ml
– equivalent to 1.5g dry herb
Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) dry herb extract 2ml
– equivalent to 1g dry herb (organic)
Honey (organic) 4.2g
Purified water
Ethanol
Organic apple cider vinegar
Strawberry natural #71136
Citric acid
Contains no artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial colours or artificial preservatives.

Directions
Adults 10-15ml, Children 6-12 years 3.5 – 7.5ml – Take half an hour before bedtime. Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately.
