Tonic Health’s Returns Policy
At Tonic Health, your satisfaction is our top priority! Alongside your statutory rights, we are pleased to facilitate product exchanges for items purchased online, contingent upon the condition that the product remains unopened and is returned to Tonic Health within 7 days of receipt, maintaining its saleable condition. To qualify for exchange, kindly ensure that the products are returned in an “as new” state, as items that cannot be resold will not be eligible for exchange.
Please note that Probiotics, Homeopathy, Boody Clothing, Make-Up, Hair Dye, and heat-sensitive items are excluded from this exchange policy.
The process for product exchange or refund commences once Tonic Health has received the returned product. In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, we will promptly contact you to provide an explanation and initiate a refund or propose an alternative product.
Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please inform us, and we will make every effort to identify the optimal solution for you. It’s important to note that no refund will be granted for changes of mind.
Tonic Health is committed to meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Items returned more than seven days after delivery or those deemed unsuitable for resale as new cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please be aware that items returned after the seven-day timeframe cannot be accepted for exchange. Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged items; we are not obligated to refund items due to a change of mind.
Refunding of shipping costs will only occur if the return is a result of an error on our part, in which case a full refund will be provided. If the return is due to the item no longer being required or an ordering error on your part, the shipping fee is non-refundable, and you may be required to cover the re-shipping fee.
In terms of pricing, you can shop in NZD or AUD. All of our prices quoted are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). We regularly update product prices in response to changes received from our suppliers.
