These terms and conditions apply to the Tonic Health website.

You have the right to access and use Tonic Health’s website provided you comply with the following terms and conditions:

All features, content, specifications, products prices and images described or depicted on this web site are subject to change at any time without notice.

Information on this site is provided for informational purposes and is not meant to substitute for the advice provided by your own physician or other health care professional. You should not use the information contained herein for diagnosing or treating a health problem or disease, or prescribing any medication. You should read carefully all product packaging. If you have or suspect that you have a medical problem, promptly contact your health care provider. Information and statements regarding dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

General

Prices are in NZ Dollars and include GST.

We use PayPal & Stripe for transactions though our site. No credit card details are stored.

Delivery throughout New Zealand

For all our orders we use Courier Post. If you have special delivery instructions, please ensure you note these when prompted during the checkout process. Please ensure the delivery address is correct, and is a physical location. PO Box numbers are NOT acceptable for delivery address details.

We always aim to dispatch your order the same day when possible.

Delivery Time:
1-3 business days for North Island deliveries
2-4 business days for South Island deliveries.

International orders

International delivery charges are dependent on the destination country and the weight of the items in your order. International orders are sent via NZ Post.

For international orders please email info@tonichealth.co.nz with items you wish to order and an exact price will be calculated and provided.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page and is not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes. All personal information we collect about you passes through our secure server. We will keep all your personal information confidential. We will not sell or give any of your personal information to a third party without your permission.
